For more than 6 years I have been keeping records and charts of food intake and nutrient counts (most of these I have kept on CD). I have used different nutritionists, training techniques, and a wide variety of supplements as I work to achieve my goal of obtaining a natural pro-card.
I have been weightlifting for more than 10 years (started at age 13) and I have followed everything from Arnold’s 6 day per week superset routine to IronMan X-reps and everything I could think of in between.

I'm bulking (well - will be clean bulking after Xmas) and will be for a while. I've got no pending logs either.
I'd just prefer to wait until 1/1/07 (or 12/31 - whenver I get back here from going to the parents for Xmas - probably won't train much during the trip away from home).

That started with football, then after around '96, I stopped weight training and basically exercising. Picked it back up again in '98, and made good progress through 2000. After a car accident in late 2000, I stopped working out and got fat until getting fed-up at the end of 2003. I have been consistantly training since, but diet gets out of whack from time to time ;)

I'm in the transition of joining a new gym (a real one, was going to the local YMCA), so it's putting a new spark in my training.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): 3-4 days/week - Chest&Tris/Quads&Hams/Back&Bis/Shoulders&Calves, each day consists of 5-6 exercises, 3 sets, 6-8 reps (controlled), usually an eccentric rep or 2 to end the 3rd set.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): 3-4 times/week - 10 minute warm-up prior to weight training, then 20 minutes after weights, Heart Rate of 130-150, usually treadmill or station bike (Just started cardio back up this past week)

I have been training for 16 years and have tried pretty much all diets, training styles, and a LOT of supplements. I know my body VERY WELL and I can tell what works and what doesn't. I'm usually a good responder to everything.

I broke a few limbs in May and have had some trouble getting back in good shape, hence the 18%. I have lost muscle mass and because of a wrecked shoulder and low testosterone levels, it has been difficult to regain all strength and size. I figure I need supplements to get me back where I was.

    5-day split 2on/1off with the occasional extra day rest thrown in.

And I am losing some fat. Now if I can get anabolic I'll put on some muscle first, that's what I like the most anyways.

    Yes my left shoulder is "severely displaced" <-- medical term - so that my left arm hangs down about 0.8" lower than my right. I am OK for back, arms and shoulders but training chest requires that I use light weights, which I don't mind so much. I just do very SLOW reps and I get an excellent workout that way.

i don't see it but does BAD ASS MASS have any sides? I know when i did 6-oxo and nolvadex xt i seemed to have shredd on it, if this could do the same im not interested.

I knew someone would go all "chemical" out there :D

No negative sides were reported during early beta testing. BAM is definitely not designed to get you shredded. As far as it being in a "SARM" category, I'm not qualified to answer that. I'll see what I can find out, but obviously it targets certain AR's to in effect "modulate" or increase LH and FSH levels in that context.

I had a lower back strain over the summer that still limits me from doing heavy deadlifts, I can still do SLDL and squats and all that just I don't wanna mess it up ya know? I am currently doing my own physical therapy for it, stretching massaging the scar tissue and such.

I'm a powerlifter. I trained inconsistently in the 90s going through high school and while completing my undergraduate degree. Began training seriously in 2001, and started powerlifting in 2002. I am a very dedicated lifter..almost to the point of being obsessive. I trained 4 days a week right up to my wedding this summer. I have built a basement powerlifting gym where i train a few guys, but have a hell of a time finding anyone that will train with the level of intensity and detirmination I need. My current bests were achieved about 2 years ago when i was still entering competitions regularly. 578bench, 672squat, 650 deadlift. I had only been squating for 6 months at that time. I have since done an easy 605 bench in the gym and done 700x3 on the squat, and pulled 725x3 form mid shin. All these were done last summer when i was 260@18%+. I'm definelty weaker after my cut.

    I follow a modified Westside program.
    Monday - dynamic effort deadlift or box sqauting followed by assistance work on traps, side delts, and bi's. possible lowerback work as well.

    Thursday- Maximum effort training on squats followed by hamstring and lowerback

I use all organic products whenever possible. This is pretty easy as I use an organic deliver service that drops everything off once a week. However i do go out to eat once every week or so and may indulge in a burger and fries at a decent restuarant.

Do you have any pictures? I read your log at bb but did not find any. You are a powerlifter? I saw some of your lifts, OMG. LOL
 
Ive logged Megadosed cissus and YG here at AM. Ive also done the asteroid stack from USP. I have used everything ALRI makes except BAM. I record my meals everyday and workouts as well. Heres my stats:

Age: 23

Weight: 241

BodyFat: 12-14(Im bulking and its been about 3 weeks since I checked it last)

Training: 7 years
Current Routine: Sun- Shoulders/Traps/Abs/Calves
Wed- Back/Bis/Abs/Calves
Thurs- Chest/Tris/Abs/Calves
Fri- Deads/Legs/Abs/Calves
Cardio: 3 times first thing in morning per week(sprints)

Nutrition: Cals- 3800-4500(changes with different goals)
Carbs- 20-350gs (Depending on whether Im bulking or cutting) I carbcycle when cutting.
Fat- 80-100gs
Protein- 320-380gs
(Ill list exact meal plan if chosen)

Water: 1.5gallons per day

Prescription/Nonprescription Drugs- NONE

Supplements- Ive tried almost every product from the companies on AM. Currently my staples are:
-Vit E(400iu) 2per day
-Vit C(1000mg) 2 per day
-GNC Multi- 2 per day
-Cissus- 6 per day
-Fish Oil(1000mg)- 6 per day
-CLA(1000mg)- 6 per day
-Excell- 3 servings a day
-Dymatize Elite whey- changes
- Perfect Foods Greens Powder- 1 scoop per day
- Acai Juice- 1-2oz per day
(Im probably leaving something out, but Ill add it later if I need to)
-YG/AP- 2-4 caps per day

Short term goals- bulk up to 250,cut down to 225-230at8%bf
Long term goals- hit 260-226lbs at 8-10% bf.

WHY I WOULD USE BAM- Id like to use it as a recomp or leanbulk, but I can do whatever you want. I gain weight fairly easily, so Im always trying to stay lean when bulking.

ADDED BENEFIT- Ill trade ya a kidney for a couple of bottles.

I have been weight training since I have been 14 yrs old but, like most of us, had a long learning curve full of ups and downs in terms of progress. I have used every type of program that is known (splits, Full body, crossfit, pyramid, rest pause, etc) and finally know which type works best for me. I played Division 1 sports for 4 years at The Ohio State University so I have been through this system as well. I consider myself an athlete whose new sport is bodybuilding. I know my body and what actually works when I use it. I was skeptical about JW but this blew my socks off. It got me back to the same strength levels I had when I was using Superdrol which was really impressive. Either way, I am confident In ALRI's products and would love to try BAM
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):

Right now I follow a three day a week training program which consists of full body workouts each day. I still to compound exercises like deads, squats, pull-ups, bench, cleans, etc. On the off days I do GPP (General Physical Preparedness) exercises such as sled drags and sledge hammer swings. cardio in the morning 2 days per week.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):

2 days per week, first thing in the morning, 40 minutes incline walk

Current Nutrition and Macros (as much detail as possible):

I eat very clean each day. My carbs come from grapefruit, bananas, apples and various greens (asparagus and spinach). 7 meals per day each with protein from chicken or egg whites and fats from almonds, fish oil, egg yolk and natural peanut butter.

Daily macros look like this:

Protein: 300 - 330g
Carb: 100 - 200g
Fat: 40 - 150g

Each of these depend on what exercises I do each day and I switch it up pretty often. One meal every three days is a complete fat/carb meal with oatmeal, honey, blueberries and a sweet potato. this is to keep my metabolism high so no fat is stored.


Current Daily water intake:

200+ oz. (based on how many 20 oz water bottles worth i drink each day)

Short Term Goal:

Gain LBM while losing Fat

Long Term Goal:

Get to 200-205 with sub 10% bf
