    yep, 20mg daily.
    i'm sure you could go up to 30mg but unless you have experience with this particular compound i wouldn't..
    20 should be very potent.

  4. all right..so i popped my first bright orange cap with supper last night, second one here this morning upon waking. that will be my daily dosing regime.
    my plan is to update weekly, all 4 weeks of this log. of course i'll still be around daily if need be..
    i'm not going to lay out my training regime, as it is fluid and constantly changes based on many factors. typically i favor 1 basic bodypart per day, 5 days weekly training layout, but again if need be i'll bust out a superset or giant set day with multiple bodyparts, to stay on track with the ultimate goal.
    diet - guys, this one is in the bag, have no fears. not going to list daily totals, but i'll talk diet here & there, and of course post the occasional food porn.
    this is fluid as well - i am employing an ebb/flow approach to my dietary intake this winter, so far it has been effective and kept fat to a minimum. weight is 206 upon rising, so currently we will take cals down and tighten things up for a short time..

    first workout
    realigning my routine since i had to shuffle due to a groin strain last week..so, busted out a nice lil bi/tri superset routine, finished up with some ab work..'arms day' is my least favorite of the training, but movement was good, pace was brisk, and pump was skin-splitting..
    was a superb first session.
    gonna ease in some leg work tomorrow..

    This makes me think..I can't remember, whatever happened to my George Foreman grill?? There's nothing like cooking a steak or burger on both sides at the same time, talk about fast cooking, you can't beat it.

  14. okay a lil mid-first-week update..
    things are going along rather splendidly. while i want to remind folks i been taking 1-Alpha for 3 weeks prior to M-Sten and will be running the stack thruout next 30 days - i also want to say i can see physique changes anew since i've started the M-Sten, without doing anything different than what i been doing or changing the plan. very quick..
    other than that it's still early. libido is jacked thru the roof (thought it was starting to lag from 1-Alpha but last 2 days it's making strong comeback, i'll credit M-Sten since this always happens to me early on in cycle, when i just start something new), strength and pumps are great (1-Alpha been good), body and joints feeling lubed and flexible (Achilles is awesome), energy nice and explosive in the weightroom (Ignite2, love it)..

    training has been:
    MON - arms/abs
    TUE - quads/hams/calves
    WED shoulders

    today will be back and some abs..gonna flare them lats like king cobra.
    it's gonna be a beautiful day.

    after a steady diet of pull-ups/bent BB rows/cable pulldowns recently, it was good to shake things up.
    DB lawnmowers/DB stiff-arm pullovers/seated cable pulleys w/ D-grip were the highlight this day, going fairly heavy (6-10 rep range).

    snags today, bout 30min ago.

    thanks man. belly is a lil bigger than i'd like, but it's not like i'm running around with my shirt off these days (only in forums lol)..so, wth. i'm getting some good growth right now, so i'll suffer with a smidge of fat gain.

  18. killer chesticles session today. was working a 6x6 scheme this day w/ 335 on flat bench, got thru it pretty easily. decided to tack on a bonus set of 355, got it for 4 reps. felt way good about that, it was pretty light. did couple sets flyes and that was that..chest was so pumped i could put a plate on the top of it, and the plate would sit there just fine....

    anyway - was supposed to be an off day, then another SUN..instead, will take the w/e off.

  21. WEEK #1 SUMMARY


    all right so we're 1 week in on M-Sten..4 weeks in overall on my 7-week plan.
    mostly good things to report..workouts have been great, strength at high levels..libido at a nice level.
    muscle pump all day long. mood has been decent, lethargy has been non-existent..........until now that is.
    this last day or two i seem to be lagging a tad. and today, i had some lower back pumps creeping on. nothing major, but i was sure aware of it let's put it that way. so, we'll keep an eye on that.
    as for growth - been pretty outstanding i think. but that presents a problem too..i awoke today at 208, and it's like i crossed a threshhold and feel too big, too inflexible. i need to shift the diet again (and am doing that today), should be fine. i'd rather stay at this weight and recomp than get any bigger i think.

    making a shift in the training, will look like this:
    1 - quads/calves
    2 - chest/tris (abs opt)
    3 - back/hams
    4 - shoulders/bi (abs opt)
    thinking 4 on/3 off, with off days scheduled when i need them rather then a set day.

    so today, did quads/calves (was supposed to be off day, will make that tomorrow instead)
    did some pulley crossover work as well, been awhile since i've done that.

  23. so no lethargy this morning..in fact, was hellbent on getting some gym action on.
    decide on a simple arm session (since it was an off-day), looked like this.

    standing BB drag curls + tri-focused dips
    preacher EZ bar curls + close-grip bench
    standing reverse BB curls + seated forearm curls
    (no supersets, just casual transitions)

    pump was just ridiculous. i feel hyooge.
    quads recovered fairly well from yesterday.
