Things I was told today by random people at work:
"You're freakin HUGE" (an engineer who has a body by bowflex )
"You're too swole..." (this after i got up out of a chair and inadvertently flipped it backwards behind me. And this was a brand new employee that never met me before today)
"You need to lay off the HGH" (one of my employees)
"Holy crap, did you see this? I bet momma likes that" (My boss, talking to another person while grabbin at my shirt sleeve. I obliged with a quick flex)
"It's all the PED's" (said person that my boss was talking to, who swears i'm injecting)
"Hey, you see this, hes getting big, he's gonna be one of those x-men" (slightly inebriated fellow employee, to his wife while grabbing my shoulder)
Looks like week 4 is really shining for HaloExtreme. Weighed in this morning at a staggering 278. YES 278 I knew that I was hovering around 270, never expected 278. Thats 23 lbs and waist size is the same. I expect to lose a good amount of this in PCT so we'll see what the numbers look like in another 4 weeks.

Oh definitely, I wake up every morning at 2:30 to get to the gym before work. Believe me, no one I know wants it more than me. I've been working out at this pace for 3 years now. I've watched many people join the gym, get serious and fall away within that time. I've personally gone through one workout partner who didnt have my same dedication. When I started working out I was 260 lbs, obese and pushed 45 lbs on a cable chest press machine. Over that time I peeled down to 220 and joined here and started reading / learning. Now im back in the 270-realm, an absolute mass monster and my only PH runs have been IML. No BS, no sponsorship, just a solid product line that I will be with for awhile.

02:30 - pre-workout drink
03:30 - intra-workout BCAAs

09:00 - snack usually something with peanut butter
12:00 - lunch usually a Lean Cuisine or grilled chicken salad
14:30 - snack again peanut butter based or almonds, second protein shake of the day
17:00 - dinner usually consisting of carbs (rice or pasta) with a meat
20:00 - last snack, this varies quite a bit
Week one of PCT is almost complete and I am feeling great!

OK, so no posts during PCT but everything is progressing well, but tomorrow is final day of PCT and my bottle of Osta and Anabolic Matrix showed up today! So I will update in a couple days once I get into the Osta. Pretty excited for this bridge.
