1-andro rx cycle question

Hello, I want to try a cycle of 1-andro rx and i'm new to ph's so whats the best cycle? What should I use for pct?

5'8 181lbs 23yrs old. Been lifting for about a year.
 
Three caps twice daily for 4-6 weeks. I recommend researching the various schools of thought regarding PCT and making an informed decision. This is a great PH to start with and easy to recover from post cycle. If you'd like to keep a journal here, we'll give you feedback as you go along.
