    Ok this is my most popular Training Routine I have used with my clients in the last 20 years.

    Have used this with thousands of clients and never have had one complaint on this method I developed many years ago.

    You may see people copy this method, but do not be fooled, this is what I have come up with to assist in trap development.

    The key is the pause at the top, hold, 20 second reps, and 3x per week.

    Sound easy?? Try it for 2 months and report your feedback!!
