but one thing i can't find
I an doing a GH/insuling gear cycles.
I take my gear as normal, I take myu GH pre workout, Insulin post workout as stated in teh awesome insuin information guide.
Now my question is this.
after my workout I have to take my insulin and have some carbs and some protien. If i want to do cardio after my workout should I wait till after my cardio to take my Slin? or take it, have a gatorade and a protien bar then do my cardio and have a full meal afterwards?
what is the best way to incorporate cardio in this syustem?
