HCG mix..whats my dosage?

ok im running 500 iu of HCG every 4-5 days now this is my problem.

i have a 5000 iu vial and i was only able to fit 3 1/2 cc of BW..

you guys know im horrible at measuring so if i have a u100 1cc slin pin..where would 500 ius be??
