**** CUTTING!!! .I will do them tomorrow,so it will be updated in my log what I got last time,and then this time,with my updated weight cause Mon is weigh in day!!!.As far as reg deads,I can't say for sure.I do them from time to time and I have done low reps,but I don't rmemeber exactly what the weight was.I prefer rack deads realy cause I can use much more weight to overload my back more and it takes the legs out of the lift almost completely.They're are my best lift I feel.One thing I did last time was to lower the weight slower as well.This will clearly make it harder and eliminate any bounce back from the bars.However much that is with 405lbs anyways.... | |

I haven't ever done rack deads... I imagine I could lift a lot because my back is one of my strongpoints, and my legs are definately my weakspot... but I am working HARD at fixing that.
