Ah geez!Just remember that most of the time I do rack deads from the knees up.It will always say rack deads if so.Just wanted to clarify that.

I don't do any type of deads at all anymore cause of my lower back so I'm sure you'll always be able to beat me on those...
Do you decline bench bro?? My fcuking tris have really come up for some reason since I started doing them. I just love the whole movement. Good clean fun IMO.

Well thats no fun!Atleast I know what to throw in your face from now on!I used to do dec. when I worked out at home.My gym only has the sit up bench that declines,so you either use db's,which is such a pain,or go to the smithmachine,My ****ing arch enemy!!!I prefer gironda dips for my lower chest.I absolutley love them!!!!

What you dead lifting pantera? I think my DL is pretty good for a guy my size... I dunno though, you are a pretty big dude.

Thanks man,but I'm actually a small guy.I have a decent amount of muscle for my frame,but I have a small frame if that makes sence.....Anyways I have hit 405x12 for rack deads from the knees up.I was also 180 at the time.Last time I did rack deads at just over 160 after my cut,I got 4 I think for my last set at 405**** CUTTING!!!.I will do them tomorrow,so it will be updated in my log what I got last time,and then this time,with my updated weight cause Mon is weigh in day!!!.As far as reg deads,I can't say for sure.I do them from time to time and I have done low reps,but I don't rmemeber exactly what the weight was.I prefer rack deads realy cause I can use much more weight to overload my back more and it takes the legs out of the lift almost completely.They're are my best lift I feel.One thing I did last time was to lower the weight slower as well.This will clearly make it harder and eliminate any bounce back from the bars.However much that is with 405lbs anyways....

I straight bar, off the ground, Deadlift 405x1. I rep 315 for 10. Somewhere around 365 I feel is my sweetspot, where I can bang out about 6 good ones. I think thats about where I was at before my cut.We're pretty damn close thats for sure.Or we were anyways.I'll get mine back and then some I'm sure with my cycle.The epistane will increase your DL a good deal.Get ready to feel like a god in the gym in a few weeks!!!
