by December 31 2008 I want to be 280 lbs at 8% BF...... I should be nearing the 700-750 mark on squat and 550-600 on the DL......and 450-475 on my bench.....

it's easily possible to get lean on 60% fat if you are in a cal deficit.
however, restricting carbs would be preferred if running this high of fat % in a diet.

A fellow bber of ours actually paid and worked with Palumbo to get prepped for his first ever show. If you'd like, I can email you his diet, training regimen, cycle, etc that Palumbo told him to implement to reach his goals?? I'm not BS ya either. He paid Palumbo thousands of $$ to help him out, and he was kind enough to send me the advice and info he was given.

Bodybulding is an already split off community. I never understood why when these 'groups' form, they do it at the cost of splitting apart the community further. Spend more time logging **** and posting something beneficial to everyone instead of going apeship over a chosen online foe or throwing insults for no other reason than to throw them.
