GH without T3

Hey guys...
Quick question- I'm running gh at around 3iu's a day- but without any AAS.

I commonly hear that running T3 with a gh cycle is a MUST
but I also have heard that T3 will waste away your muscle if you're not taking any AAS. (I have no intention on running an AAS cycle.)

So my question is would T4 be a suitable supplement for me since it is more mild?

Thanks for your time.

T4 will get converted into T3. Some propose there is a difference if T4 is taken instead of T3 due to the effect on the deiodinase enzyme feedback mechanism. I do not see this, however...

If you search this forum you will see a writeup on the amounts of t4/t3 suggested to use with Gh in a with and without AAS as originally written by RedBaron.

Without AAS (proposed dosages that will not be high enough to cause muscle catabolism):

12.5-25mcg of T3

or

100mcg of T4

I am one of those that LOVES T4, and despise T3. Eventhough I know the child hormone ends up being T3. For me I just get leveller sides, and easily manageable sides, on a higher dosed T4.

I've read guys who do 12.5 mcg's of T3 a day are in the high range when testing thryroid.

I agree with CE's excellent subtle hint! :D

Bloodwork is the best means to judge your dosages. General suggested levels are just that... suggested, and may not be ideal.

Yeah.. I know that no suggestion can match a dose derived from actual bloodwork.

Unfortunately.. I don't have the time to set aside every other week for testing and the last thing I want is to raise any flags from my doc. I don't need that going in to my med file.

No reason to be worried about such tests in your med file IMO, its not like a positive test for anything illicit that could be used against you...
But, you can always go thru an online blood testing center (if in the US) like labsafe.com or privatemdlabs.com
There are dozens of locations like labcorp in almost every city in the US.
I did this for PCT blood testing (I did not have insurance at the time). Tests were bought and sent into a labcorp location a mile from my house.
Went in, got blood drawn, and results in 2 days...

T3 (free) is only $109.00

Hmmm, that is very interesting Bobas! Thanks a lot for sharing that. Private lab testing...hmmm......yes....of course. They seem to have good pricing too. I don't really like my primary care doc (sort of a pekkerhead, so I should really change) and I'm not sure how I'd justify PCT or other tests for insurance reasons. I also don't want anything "questionable" going into my file.

EDIT: I searched for labs in my area...NONE....not for at least 60 miles. WTH..I know I live in the armpit of the U.S., but come on! *sigh*

Bobaslaw.. Thanks bro.

Shoulda figured ahead of time that there are private companies enterprising this sort of thing.

I'll definitely take this into consideration.
