Day 9:

I was supposed to do chest/abs today, but I'm still too sore in my bi's/tri's/brachioradialis. I'm taking an extra day off to recover. I will make today a cardio day

Day 11:

So, I missed the gym yesterday. I thought it was open til at least 8pm, but it closes at 5pm. WTF! AHHHH. Anyways, it's ok as I was still sore.

Today was Chest/Abs. Decent workout. I weighed in at 188lbs, so I'm up 9lbs since the start. I don't appear to be any leaner (ugh). I am upping the cardio.

Diet: I'm eating very clean. The ONLY crap food I had was some pizza on Sun. night and I think that was A-OKAY since I was a little low on cals that day.

Thanks dewd...I know....I'm not expecting a shredded physique in 11 days' time. I was just HOPING to be a bit leaner. No worries. IGF-1 is for long term results....not a few weeks.

All in due time!

Word of warning on 176. Yes it works very well (for me), however, it is so delicate, you almost NEVER get any that is undamaged. The few times I've gotten it, it was denaturated due to extreme conditions or handling. Most turned cloudy immediately upon recon which is indicative of the peptide chemical properties changing, no longer being soluable as an undamaged frag chain should be...
My last purchase was from IR. Turned cloudy in BW and was useless at even at 1500mcg/day... I bought so much (20+ g)I was hoping there might be a small vialble % in there somewhere thus the exterme dosing.
When the frag is good, it is clear in solution and works well at 500mcg/day for me.

Anyways, Good Luck on the rest of your log, Bro!

Hmm...very good info Bob! Thank you dood. I will definitely keep that in mind.

Now, if I only had a PhD in Pharmacology, I could cleave the 176 from the parent peptide and have fresh in-house frag! HE HEEEE

LOL Papa! If you had that much parent peptide (HGH) in hand, I think the last thing on your mind would be cleaving frags!

Heya Rip!

I know I'm not Papa, but yes, last muscle trained is what you want. This is because receptor saturation density is greatly increased in PWO muscles trained and does fall rather quickly.
Definitely the 1st muscles trained prior to the last muscle trained will no longer exhibit such a high saturation level.

Chime in anytime Bobas! Good input above.

Rip, my protocol is attached as a PDF in the 1st post (FYI). So, for example, if your subject works biceps and traps, immediately PWO you would administer IGF-1 into either biceps or traps (prob. best to choose the lagging muscle).

There really isn't a "BEST WAY" so-to-speak.....it's a lot of trial and error and figuring out "best practices" through scientific studies and what others report on here. I'm referring to IGF-1 in general.

But Bobas is accurate in shooting PWO in the muscles trained.

Rip, in my attached file (1st post, at the bottom), the muscles in RED are the treated muscles. That is how I chose to administer IGF-1.
