unmixed peptides (ghrp-6 Igf, etc)

I read not to freeze them but thats what I always did. Is it safer to refrigerate them instead of keeping them in the freezer? Please only answer if you know 100%.

Thats what i'm thinking, freezing a non mixed peptide cant damage it.

Much debate on this topic for reconned as well as lypholized powder. Here is some storage info from a couple of peptide manufacturers which shows refridgerator level temps as the recommendation. I do beleive that freezing will not be detrimental if you avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Multi F/T is the real culprit in peptide degradation:

Storage: Before using, store the peptide in the DRY form at 0 - 5 °C. For best and repeatable results, rehydrate the peptide immediately before using. Do not re-freeze any unused portions.

Per Gropep:

Stability / Storage: Peptides in the lyophilized state should be stored at 2-4° C and are stable for at least 2 years, or 6 months at room temperature¹.

worth noting that Gropep also say you can recon with 10mM HCL then freeze but avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

The peptide should be reconstituted in 10 mM HCl at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. In this form it is stable for at least 3 months at -20° C or -80° C¹. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Im pretty sure its ok to freeze lypholised peptides tbh.
