what i said still applies, only with a small amount of peptide would you expect a significant vacuum, e.g. 100mcg vial of igf.

By-the-way William Llewellyn in a recent Bodyofscience magazine article written by Ronny Tober analyzed the market for Chinese Growth Hormone products:

I'm about half way thru a 200iu kit of Hyge's and I had one 8iu vial what did not have any vacuum and was a lighter grey cap on it... because it did not have vacuum I threw it away based on the theory that the seal had a problem and that the powder was suspect in the vial ie.. maybe not sterile..
