it will increase height if you have open growth plates. if you have closed growth plates forget aboot it. how old are u guy?

Yep. growth plate closure can vary (men and women). Some boys GP can close around 15-16yrs, but others can continue to grow till around 21 yrs. If you're a male over 21, I'd say slim chance for it to do anything in that respect.
