Igf2 + Zma ?

Would ZMA counter the effects of IGF-2? I really like the day after recovery effects of ZMA.

My gut says you meant this for the supplements forum, since I think you are probably asking about IGF-2 the supplement (Applied Nutra.), NOT the peptide...

I don't see the correlation between IGF-2( peptide )and Zinc, Mag, or B6...

Thanks, yes the supplement. Just wonder if I'm wasting the ZMA while taking IGF-2. Thanks again.

yes all supplements are a waste of money so yes.

I'd post this in the supplement forum for a better response as the items discussed in this forum are not related...

On that note, I personally do not see the issue between the ingredients of both products...
