hmm...trail mix and fruit as staples? plus gatorade or vita water? i mean no offense, bro, but maybe a visit to the nutrition forum might be a better option. it took me years to iron out what an actual decent diet was FOR ME (nevermind everyone else) - and i was sorry i wasted so many years trying to crutch a poor diet that i thought was good....i just dont want to see someone else make the same mistake.
