Concurrent HGH and IGF-1 LR3 use?

Hi i was just thinking about this

1.Is it actually a good idea to be on long course of HGH (im talking about at least 6 months to a year of continuous use) and to start IGF-1 LR3 concurrently
I think it would not be a good idea.
I have seen about all forums posting about decreasing efficacy after 4 weeks of use of IGF-1 LR3 due to the theory of IGF-1 receptor downregulation and the need to cycle after 4 weeks of IGF-1 LR3 use. So far i have not really find many studies or evidence on this. Can anyone kindly provide me with any links to studies that have shown that there is down-regulation of IGF-1 receptors in in-vitro studies after 4 weeks

So "thereotically" if IGF-1 receptors are downregulated after 1 month of IGF-1 LR3 use, basically HGH will become useless since the IGF-1 produced will have a lack of receptors to act on

The other issue is i have seen countless posts on GH gut. But so far i have not seen any literature to say that the intestines have the most no. of IGF-1 receptors. All i found was that IGF-1 receptors are found in almost all cells in the body. Please kindly enlighten me on this

Thanks guys

well I have read aboutsome people dosing hgh similiar to IGF-1, that being 2-3 high doses per week. IMO if I were looking to use hgh this is the method I would use. Like 10-15IU's 2-3/week stacked with the usuals, insulin-igf-1-t3 etc. I dont think that most people like the idea of dosing this way though. I should add that from what I have read, these individuals seem to be be having outstanding results.

Actually I think it has been pretty well demonstrated that it isn't actually receptors, well yes but INDIRECTLY... The problem most likely lies in the depletion of myoblasts, as IGF-1 would fuse them at a crazy rate, not leaving them enough time to multiply, so you run out of myoblasts to fuse, and that would explain why IGF-1's results drastically diminish at some point but gapped (ex. 3 / wk) dosing can be continued over the longer term.

On to GH:

In athletes, the kind of IGF-1 that GH promotes is more commonly called MGF these days. MGF promotes the multiplication of myoblasts. Myoblast overpopulation most likely explains why MGF stops working (uh, actually pMGF since vanilla MGF never did anything worthwhile) after a few weeks too.

So I leave the GH & IGF-1 stack conclusion up to you.

Yah, I would assume that as well from what grunt said. I would also assume that he was implying that hgh with slin use doesnt loose affect the same way as igf-1 and mgf do because it promotes the fusing and reproduction of myoblasts rather than just one of these mechanisms like mgf and igf-1 do.
