Has anyone heard of Alpha-Glycerylphosphoryl Choline? I heard of a product with this in it and wonder how it differs from choline alone. I was hoping one of you chemistry gurus could help me out with this one.

its alot more expensive, but the idea is that its one step closer to becoming acetylcholine, which is what we all want when we take choline. just taking choline citrate or something doesnt guarantee you will get acetylcholine out of it. nobody knows the percentage, but ive observed with other substances that sometimes only a negligable amount makes it to the desired endproduct. in this case though, ive noticed good improvements n circulation using bitrarte, so i dont think its useless. ideally, yeah id be taking a ton of alpha gpc, but for now a 6g of plain ol choline will have to do
