so from what data i have gatered before i start to use my igf that i got, u must shot bilaterally and within 20mins after your workout. i also have BW to mix in the siring after loading the igf. my question is my vial of igf is powder, what do i do to get the igf out, do u mix it with something, if so do you open the vial and mix it?
 
reconstitute with acetic acid (not sure what percentage, search)

careful not to shoot it hard and cause foam you are destroying the protien, dribble the solvent and mix gently, again with no bubbles.

then i guess you could take that final product and put it in a sterile vial and keep it in the fridge...

Do NOT take the top off! You insert a syringe with .6% Acetic acid into your vial of IGF. Most people use 1cc. There are reams of information on this if you do some searching.

i heard its not necessary to keep in the fridge if you reconstitute it with AA

is there a place you can get Acetic acid that is safe and ready to use or do you need to filter any AA that you use, if so where do you guys get the filters and what kind?

Syringe filters can be found where you get syringes and sterile vials. A .22u filter will result in a sterile solution.

yes, .2micron filter will work.

'any' AA? If you mean will it be sterile, yes. Make sure you understand the correct % so you don't end up destroying your peptides.

haha yeah i don't want to be like that guy, how do i make sure it is .6% AA and not use 6%, how do u reduce it
 
i know u said exodus to:
To reduce the 6% to .6%, you mix BW:AA in a 9:1 ratio.

how much BW do u put in the aa to get that 9:1 ratio

p.s. thanks for the help so far just trying to understand this right before i do it.

It's just a ratio. If you use 1cc of 6% AA, use 9cc of DW.
