I am using more or less just for healing properties for a hamstring muscle/tendon tear (yeah both, it sucks) and have thought about switching up my doses to hit nothing but legs either :
Mon-hamstrings 50mcgs
Wed-calves 50mcgs
Fri-quads 50mcgs


Three day split training
Day1) Hamstrings 25mcgs
Day2) Calves 25mcgs
Day3) Quads 25mcgs

Leaning way more towards the first plan but am considering all options. I even considered just keeping my regular routine and inj only on leg day(fri) 80mcgs split into four 20mcgs for each ham and quad. Does any of this look ok or am I way off on all of it? Need some opinions.
