GHRP-6 as PCT for IGF Cycle

Hello guys and gals,

Recently did a first cycle with IGF, pinning 40mcg (split bilaterally), every day for about 20 days. I pinned mainly my delts and legs (quads and hams). Saw very good results, increased strength gains, increased mass (which has a delayed result as the muscles mature, which I believe I am still reaping now 1.5 months later), increased pumps (almost unbearable sometimes), increased vascularity (I definitely GREW some veins, now one or two stand out down along the sides of my torso and much more across my shoulders and biceps).

I did not notice much fat loss, but then again I do not have very much fat to begin with (pretty lean 155 pounds).

Now, I am thinking about doing another cycle, but this time I will do 40mcg, 3 times a week for about 6-7 weeks.

My reasoning for this is that after the end of the cycle, I noticed the "IGF pump" and other effects (increased vascularity and strength) persisted for a solid 3 days after coming off it. It is my opinion that my IGF levels were very much elevated 48-72 hours after the last shot, so I figure this compound stays active long enough to justify breaking up the doses.

I lift 3 times a week (full body), so I will alternate immediately after workout shooting quads, hams, and chest (also I am probably going to shoot ~10mcg into my left shoulder since it is lagging from a very old injury).

My goal with this cycle is to put on 10 pounds of lean muscle mass in the month and a half (I know, its a lot! but, I am determined!).

Now, to the point of this post (sorry for the long intro!). After the last IGF cycle, I noticed a 'rebound' effect, I gained a few lbs of fat and my strength dropped off somewhat noticeably (my strength gains stalled for about 3 weeks). I believe this is because IGF is involved in a negative feedback loop with GH and shooting so much IGF stalled out my natural GH production.

In order to 'kickstart' GH after using IGF (and for other benefits, mainly appetite stimulation), I am going to run GHRP-6 immediately after ending this upcoming IGF cycle. I believe I may overlap it one week in order to reap benefits from increased calories from the ghrelin stimulation from GHRP-6 in combination with IGF's anabolic effects.

This time around I know much more about my body and will be running it with a 4k calorie diet (my maintenance is around probably 3,000) and 250g of protein, spread out throughout the day (and night, since last time on IGF, I had to wake up in the middle of the night to feed my muscles).

What do ya'll think about this?

Has anybody done this? (I believe I saw a member posting about this a while ago).

Any feedback would be very much appreciated.

if you search on the posts just recently posted here you will see marc anthony posted something in response to this exact concept

here you go man

It all comes down to Homeostasis, and negative feedback.

Homeostasis is one of the fundamental characteristics of living things. It refers to the maintenance of the internal environment within tolerable limits. All sorts of factors affect the suitability of our body fluids to sustain life; these include properties like temperature, salinity, acidity, and the concentrations of nutrients and wastes. Because these properties affect the chemical reactions that keep us alive, we have built-in physiological mechanisms to maintain them at desirable levels.
When a change occurs in the body, there are two general ways that the body can respond. In negative feedback, the body responds in such a way as to reverse the direction of change. Because this tends to keep things constant, it allows us to maintain homeostasis. On the other hand, positive feedback is also possible.

So, injecting igf will shut you down, I don't know to what extent, and I don't know how fast endogenous igf/hgh will get back to homeostasis the natural way (as no research has been conducted on this matter for what I know).

This leads me to my point, reliable sources have indicated that injecting hgh secretagogues such as Hexa, ghrp6, (even cjc, but little plp have experimented with this peptide) as a post cycle igf therapy (this means exactly what it sounds like, post cycle therapy for igf, there is post cycle therapy for test cycles, now you can have your igf post cycle therapy) to help your hgh and igf production get back to your pre-igf level.

Say for example, you are doing a 5 week igf cycle, EOD, bilat, IM, postwo injections. 40:50:60:80:100 (I don't recommand this protocol, but my rat did run it, and I think it is a good one, to assess how you respond to igf, for a first cycle, even a second, or third cycle).

Ok, say your last injection was on friday night, you could do a ghrp6, hexa post cycle therapy.

saturday morning: 300mcg grp6 (hungry, better inject in the morning, although, this could "mess" with your natural hgh production, esp. after a cycle, but most ppl are more than fine, so this shouldn't be a problem). sat eve: 150mcg hexa, both subQ (abdomen will do, it doesn't make much sens to do localized injection with a hgh secretagogue), and you do that for five days ... 2 off, for a total of 3 weeks.

ghrp6 from 100mcg to 600mcg
hexa from 100mcg to 300mcg (my impression (from various readings) is that saturation happens around 3mcg/kg, not 2mcg/kg as you migth have read) ... but that's just sementics, you'll have to experiment, and see for yourself.

If, you were to run only one compound I would do PM (prior bed) injections (seeing as your hgh level will be pretty low, so you would spike your endogenous hgh; hgh production spikes 40 minutes post inject, and drops after 4 hours). Synchronizing your injections with your natural hgh production.
