I ask because even though I am eating around 300-500 cals above my BMR and am not currently on IGF-1, I just finished a cycle of it, im still hungry as hell like im going 1000 cals a day below my BMR.

Does anyone have any info on this?

I alter my BMR as I increase weight accordingly, and eat 300-500 over that and im still crazy hungry and been leaning out like crazy.

Im sure it speeds ones metabolism through some mechanism, even after you come off it.

Yea, I mean once the compound clears the system, there is nothing left to say for it except the new muscle cells it helped create. While on, it shuttles sugars out of the blood to create new tissue, this is the main reason people up their carbs and cals intake when using it, also, afterwards, the new muscle begins to mature, and aid in metabolizing food.
