hey new member old viewer im on other places as well, but Ive gotten the best peptide info here soo..


Im starting a new peptide combo and looking for some info and help.

Ive been on 3iu (4iu past month) of Saizen & bluetops well now Getropin and bluetops..

Ive dediced to go with IGF-1 R3, PegMGF, GH Frags.

Im looking to trim up the ab secion with the frags the IGF for everything else and the PegMGF for my Pecs as thats my only weak point.

Im 6' 240 18.5" arms 20" calves my teardrops are out in my quads I just want to clean up the abs and sides. but my pecs have always been small so I thought the MGF and IGF would help.

So with the Frags I was going to do 200mcg every day AM before cardio. the IGF-1 R3 5 days 2 off after I work out and MGF into pecs every 3 days MWF after work outs.

and drop my HGH down to either 2iu before bed or go IM 10iu on sunday when im off the IGF with a 4iu touch up on Thurs.

Any recomenations or help with this I would greatly appreciate it... I had to find out the hard way not to use NaCL with the Frags as they don't dissolve and see that the Bac water works fine, I had just had the NaCL out because I mixed some MT-II up and figured it would be fine for Frags.. thats a no Im guessing.

Oh and since I havent seen it in the boards I figured Id mention the MT-II (mt2) helps with the hunger most are feeling with both the HGH, IGF ! pluss it gets you darker and gives you viagra effects.

Try something like this.

MWF 5-10 iu HGH PWO IM. wait 20 min. 40-60 mgs IGF-1 bi laterally IM into pecs
Tues, Thurs., Sunday 200mgs MGF bedtime.

You don't want to shoot HGH before bed b/c that is when your natural HGH is released and that would inhibit it so you aren't getting as much total.

Shoot the HGH immediately after you lift followed by a 50gram protein/100gram dextrose PWO drink. (don't worry about the amount of sugar...you WILL lose fat with HGH/IGF-1) wait like 20-30 minutes and then inject your IGF-1 bilaterally into either the muscles just worked or into your lagging part(chest for you).

This is a variation of Gavin Kane's blast protocol. I would personally do over 10 iu of HGH PWO but just divide what you take in a week by three and do that each day.

This is also assuming you are lifting MWF. This way you get your HGH/IGF-1 when you receptors are most prime and they still won't get over saturated since it is not ED. You inject the MGF the night before so your satellite cells are primed to get activated the next day during your workout and subsequent HGH/IGF-1 consumption. If your lifting days are different then adjust accordingly.

Keys DONT shoot HGH before bed. Make sure IGF-1 is PWO. Make sure you get ALOT of simple carbs PWO with HGH/IGF-1.

I have done this method a little differently than this and it works VERY VERY WELL.

Take saturday off from everything to let your receptors rest and become unsaturated a bit. There is no need to shoot MGF two days in a row or on a day in which your don't lift the following day.

Good Luck. Also man I would also add in at least a low dose of test to ensure that any hyperplasia that is occuring will be taken full advantage of.

Forgot about the Frag. I am not a big fan of frag and there is no real reason to be on it if you are on HGH IMO. But if you must use some then I would use it sometime on your off days. Tues. Thurs, Sunday along with MGF.
