Ok i started using IGF a couple weeks ago. I was doing IM immediately postworkout. Biceps/Monday Chest/Weds Shoulders/Fri or Sat. Well since wed was the 4th lifted on thursday and ended up feeling like a zipper pulled apart on the postive doing bench. So i had spotter help take weight put my weights away, left the gym did my igf near where i felt the pull, went Home took advil and iced. Also after 2 days no signs of bruing either.
Now if I wanna speed up the healing what would be best way to take igf and how long? If I did IFG everyday into chest for a couple weeks would i be able to return to grunts method or would i need to take time off from the IGF?
