What do you all think of 3 IU's/day 7 days per week as compared to 4IU's/day following a 5 on 2 off protocol? Some guys are telling me it doesn't matter, others are saying that giving your body a break is a good thing.

If you are on HRT because you can't make enough GH yourself, and can afford to pay for GH forever, you can stay on all the time. But if you have ok natural GH levels and are cycling, then you do not want to shut down your natural GH production more that necessary as it might not recover properly when you go natural again.
