Coast dosing IGF1 L-R3

I haven't really seen much about choosing a dosing schedule that continues to be beneficial on an ongoing almost indefinite basis.

I've been using IGF1 for the last 3.5 months and it continues to be effective in all 3 areas (i.e. fat loss, increase in muscle size & increase in strength).

Dosing has followed the Grunt protocol (i.e. 40mcg split bilateral immediately following workout). The frequency of dosing has varied from every 4 days to once a week.

More specifically I dosed every 5 days for 6 weeks....than concurrent with a short 4 week test cycle dosing dropped to once per week....then post cycle the dosing was upped to every 4 days.

During the last 3+ weeks following that short test cycle & changing the diet to a calorie defecit the reslults have been very, very Tren like...for me it has been just awesome.

I just turned 41 so maybe age has something to do with the big benefit I get from consatant dosing.

Has anyone else tried something similar?
