Grunt - High dose MGF Test dummy - Help pick a protocol

It's time to try 1mg peg-mgf per week with IGF while on cycle. I'll do the board the favor of a log if there is interest but first I need some help picking a protocol.

Here is what I need help with. You have 6mg Pmgf and 2mg IGF to use over 6 weeks. Use it all, let me be the test dummy I don't care just come up with a dosing scheduel haha...

To help out more here is my training:

Mon - Chest, Should (non-push), tri
5x5 Incline, 2 sets smythe decline
3x10 High Pulls, 2 Sets side raise
4 (2 Sets of 2 different things) - Tri
2 sets flat Dumbells

Tues - Back, Primary bi day
2 x Deadlift, 2 x pull UP
2-3 sets rear delt
4 sets Bi's

Wens - OFF

Thur - Shoulders (push), Primary Tri day
2x10 DB press, 2x10 BB press
4 (2 sets of 2 things) Tri

Fri - Back, Bi
2 sets heavy row (t-bar or bent over), 2 sets chin up
3 sets shrugs
2-3 sets rear delt
4 sets Bi's


And here is my current diet:

3 days a week for non training days...

meal1 - 70/70/2
1 cup go lean cereal w. skim milk + 2.5 scoops Milk iso/whey Iso protein

meal2 - 50/65/8
Half can organic black beans + .6LB ground turkey + 1 piece whole wheat bread (thick hard kind)

meal3 - 50/65/8
Half can organic black beans + .6LB ground turkey + 1 piece whole wheat bread (thick hard kind)

meal4 - 30/70/25
1 lb Fat free or 1% salt free cottage cheese + 3tbs natural Peanut Butter

meal5 - 00/50/30
.5 lb Baked chicken (no breading) + 1 can no salt green beans + 30ml olive oil

meal6 - 00/50/30
.5 lb Baked chicken (no breading) + 1 can no salt green beans + 30ml olive oil


Total - 200/370/110 (totals are rounded)
800/1480/990 = 3300

4 days a week on training days I add:

pre-WO - 22/0/0
12oz gatorade W. AI Chaos

post WO - 60/65/1
2 cup skim milk + 6 TBS Nesquik (hey its sugar and not high fructose) + 2 scoop whey ISO

Total - 280/435/110 (totals are rounded)
1330/1545/990 = 3900
 
Jeez do you have to post a rediculous question about the same boring old question to get answers on this board?!?!?

Everytime I post a thread in any forum I get NO responses while people who ask questions that the search button could have answered, get their question answered five times over. :frustrate

I think it is against the boards rules to give you an answer. Liability maybe the issue.

Figure out your own dosage and what days based on what has been suggested in the past. Report back as I am sre everyone would like to know.

Have you read the boards? people do this all the time. Do you mean I have to say soemthing that is wrong then get corrected ala reviewed. I don't know I am just frustrated. I have tried to get my diet looked at and now my peptides and no one EVER answers.

I saw this thread when you first posted it, I'm very interested in any log you do while running your cycle. I'm no expert but...

If you train M/T/Th/F, then maybe 500mcg PEG-MGF bilateral on W/Sat.

IGF in pecs Monday, bi's Tuesday, delts Thursday, lats Friday (didn't see any leg training listed :think:) immediately post workout. At 4 days a week training, you'll have 24 workouts over 42 days. So that's 83.333 mcg of IGF (split bilaterally) over 24 workouts if you wanna use 2mg.

And for IGF say 60-80mcg a day

As far as legs, I say yes but my knees say no and considering my age, my knees have a long time to hold me up so I am scared to play with them without medical insurance (i've already done shoulder surgery, don't need knee)
 
I think part of it is that most people don't want to spend the time reading all the info you gave. It's more info than most want to read.

I think your diet looks very healthy, but I couldn't read all your workout info. Keeping it short and sweet ia what seems to work on the boards.

I'm running igf & pmgf and researched it quite a bit and came up with my own schedule based on my understanding and posted it in a sort concise version and the guys helped me fine tune it.

maybe try that.

I really hate to give guys advise since I'm a girl so I won't throw my opinion around.

come up with what you think is good and post it and let's see if we can get you hooked up with the right plan for you

gavin kanes igf protocol: Works good

take 60mcg per day spread out into 4 shots. I inject 2 muscle groups per day each side with 15mcg for a total of 60mcg for the day. I too, have noticed localized growth, whether it is anectodal or not. So I do 15mcg in one bicep before breakfast. 4 hours later I do the other bicep with 15mcg. 4 hours later I do a delt with 15mcg and then 4 hours after that I do my last inject with 15mcg in the other delt.

I only do this 3 times per week so I can keep my receptors fresh, prevent saturation and downregulation and optimize my dosages without needing to use ever increasing doses. I do 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off, though theoritically and I have yet to test this, I should be able to do at least a 20 week cycle because of the minimal downregulation.

Now you could almost triple the dosage here if you wanted to do it all in 6wks.

As far as your pmgf try 500mcg twice a week. of course one of those days will be on Wed.

Use the igf on your weakest body parts and that will decide what days to do the igf.

I don't think this is the best bang for your buck but i do think you will see come good results.. if you do, do it let me know how things work out for you..
 
I've decided to try PCGL first then do this after. Fun times in bodynuilding. I am not working now so I have nothing but time.

IMHO you do not need that much igf-1 when you are using mgf. i only use about 15-20 mcg pw 4x a week. it works fine at that level, and for more than a month.
