Can someone help me come up with an IGF schedule?

    Can someone help me come up with an IGF schedule?


    I am using a 2on/1off split:

    Legs/L.Back
    Chest/Tris
    OFF
    Back/Bis
    Delts/Traps/Forearms
    OFF

    And I do abs and calves every workout.

    My only real problem area is my Chest, but I would like to focus on lats as well.

    I'm going to be pinning 40mcgs bilaterally, but I can't quite come up with the best dosing schedule...

    Any oppinions?

    I was on a 2 on/1 off split as well and when I started the IGF-1 pretty much decided there was no good way to stay on that schedule and adhere to either an EOD or E3D injection schedule while still injecting every body part pwo. So I went to an EOD workout and injection schedule, which is of course easy to manage. If you don't mind not injecting every body part, you could arrange the 2 on/1 off schedule so that you're hitting the areas that most need it on an E3D injection schedule.

    I'm in between two ideas here...

    1. Inject on every workout day.

    2. Inject on Chest/Delt days one round and Leg/Back days next and keep rotating that.

    The first seems like it could be too much and I am afraid of organ growth. The second seems like it could be not enough to keep IGF-1 levels elevated and might just be a waste.

    Of those options I'd go with No. 2. It would work fine the first 2 weeks (basically E3D/EOD/E3D), but then you've got to transition back by either injecting two days in a row or going E4D. If you inject two days in a row to transition that would only happen like once every ten days, which would still be a good bit less than if you injected every workout day.

    Yea, I think this un-orthodox method is what I'm going to use, because I am unwilling to change my routine quite yet.

    I think during the transition, two days in a row would be fine...

    hey pumping iron...i think either method will be fine...give them both a try and see what you like better...i am currently on igf now and doing 4x per week for 4 weeks...then i'm going to take some time off and go to 3x per week and try to run it a while...this is my first run

    as for organ growth, i've read that even well over 100mcg a day you will be totally fine

    Well...if you actually do your workouts based on six days (Mondays workout would in turn be the following Sundays workout) I would do this.

    Chest/Tris (inject chest)
    Legs/L. back
    Back/Bis (inject biceps)
    OFF
    Delts/Traps/Forearms (inject delts)
    OFF
    The reason I switched chest was so you could come onto that day full force since that's where you want the growth. Seems like it might hurt you a little to have the most stressful day of your routine be the day before you do the bodypart that's lagging (Perhaps this is why it's lagging?) without any rest.

    That's just something I could kind of see doing on your routine. If it was me though...I would change it a lot. Here's what I would personally do if you want to pin EOD.

    Mon-Chest/tris (inject chest)
    Tues OFF
    Wed-Legs/Lower back (inject quads or calves. I would do calves)
    Thurs-OFF
    Fri-back/bis
    Sat-Delts/Traps/forearms
    Sun-OFF

    Then you could pin either bis or delts. I don't know if this helps at all. Knowing what bodyparts you were sure you wanted to hit could help me out maybe showing you something better. But I'm sure you could figure it out.

    IMO you'll be good with 40mcg bilateral every workout at 2 on 1 off.

    yea definitely...the 2 on 1 off is fine too...

    personally....i'm doing every main bodypart 5x per week for the first 2 weeks and then switching to 3 times a week from there on out

    4 times a week is good. your cycle may be shorter and you may have to take some time off from the igf unless you add in some pmgf at the end of the first igf cycle.. Which is a good idea and worth it.. just make sure you only hit one muscle per week. i.e. calves,legs,traps,bi's
    with igf you can run it so many ways and get great results. if it was me..
    i would do chest, back , delt days.. thats 3 times a week. I really believe that the longer you run igf the better it gets.. doing it this way you can run it for 2 months with on bottle and not have to cycle off..

    What kind of gains can be expected for this guy in a 4 day a weeker and how is that different from 3X/week?

    i think you will see better short term gains. At 4 times a week you may have to cycle off compared to a 3 x's a week you won't.
