I am using a 2on/1off split:
Legs/L.Back
Chest/Tris
OFF
Back/Bis
Delts/Traps/Forearms
OFF
And I do abs and calves every workout.
My only real problem area is my Chest, but I would like to focus on lats as well.
I'm going to be pinning 40mcgs bilaterally, but I can't quite come up with the best dosing schedule...
Any oppinions?
