IGF in upper pec?!? Really need it...

    IGF in upper pec?!? Really need it...


    Can you inject into you upper pec? I can't seem to find anywhere that talks about this and my upper chest is lagging and could use some igf to even out my body.

    Does anyone know the proper way to do this.

    the highest ive injected is about 3 inches above my nipple.

    Yeah but when you flex when ripped you can clearly see there is a split there between bottom and top. I want to try the top muscle with 29g half inch with .2ml each side.

    its all the same one muscle. i am going to do pec injections 1x week in my igf-1 run in may (also biceps and calves)

    It works fine. You can even hit the inner pecs with no problems.

    Yup just did it today... now just need to figure out inner head of bicep and inner head of tricep
