txk New member Feb 20, 2007 #1 Could someone tell me how the mr igf is measured? It is 1 mg/ml. Would this make 1 IU equal to 10 mcg? Would it be best to add additional AA to the solution for easier measurement (for ex adding 1 ml of AA to the solution)? thank you for any help.

jonesboy Active member Feb 21, 2007 #3 add icc of aa to igf real careful like. don't squirt it in. your done for measuring. each tick on the slin pin equals 10mcg. 4 ticks equals 40mcg. so pull out 40mcg of igf into syringe then with same needle get the ba and pull out enough ba till the needle equals 10 clicks done enjoy
