IGF-1 Necrosis?

Hi, I've seen several posts on other sites saying straight, re-constituted IGF can cause necrosis and that NaCl buffer prevents it. Does anyone know the veracity of this and if true, what the concentration of NaCl and colume of buffer would be?

thanks

You just need enough Nacl or bac. water to take the "sting" out of the acetic acid. Although I like to bring it up to the 40 mark on a .5cc slin pin, to make it easier to split between the 2 muscles, and so there is enough fluid to flow through the whole muscle.

OK, but what concentration NaCl do you use? 1 mg/mL, 5 mg/mL....100 mg/mL?

I could be wrong, but I thought all NaCl was the same. Bacteriostatic water is what I normally use though.

OK, I can make that too, how do YOU make it? Or do you buy it?

I buy it. Both are available from board sponsors.
