How long till IGF is bad

Refresh my knowledge, a friend of mine has some IGF shipped a couple of monthes ago. He called me for advice. Well I found out he had it shipped dry and has not put it in the freezer. It is now no good correct. To my knowledge it is only good for about 3 weeks dry right?

Its good for at least a year dry at room temp. Even longer if you keep it cold.
