My 19yr cousin is currently using it because he thinks he'll get taller off of it. I told him it was mostly used for fat burning etc. my question is does taking it at 19 affect height growth or is his just stupid?
 
You'd probably get a better response to this question in the Universal Kits Forum.

I'm thinking that it's possible, if his growth plates aren't closed, don't know how to determine that, and that it will take a while if it does work.

Seperate of possible extra height, I doubt that a 19 year would get much from pght, his levels should already be optimum.
