Proper ancilliaries for IGF/PMGF cycle`

Can someone put together a list on the proper supplements and ancilliaries (sp?) to run alongside a IGF/PMFG cycle ala Grunts protocol?

I'm concerned about lethargy and such, especially since I'm at a new job and want to sho up 100%

Thanks!

make sure you have a carb shake after you shoot. (I mix in some creatine and dextrose powder too) Lethargy while on an igf run is often caused by low blood sugar. You dont want to go hypoglycemic at work do you? ;) Don't forget to eat eat and eat. To help alleviate low blood sugar you must have food! :)

Ive heard that 50mg Zinc helps IGF...any other supps?

30mg zinc is good to take daily no matter what when you're training hard...what did you hear in relation to igf?

bump this, i get wicked hypoglycemia from igf. i use professional supplements vitargo. more expensive but works better than dextrose. when using igf for pct i use the vitargo cgl from nutrex because it has creatine in it.

also when im finish my run of igf, i take alpha lipoic acid and cinnamon tabs to help get my blood sugar back in line. if not, everytime i eat carbs i feel like i could fall asleep standing up.

you get a hyperglycemic rebound effect when you come off IGF? cant say i've heard of that, but i can see how it might happen...

to the OP - insulin and creatine are great additions to an IGF run. best time to use both. AP looks like it may have some insulin mimetic action going, so maybe look into that.
