T-4 leading up to IGF/MGF cycle

I have been informed that T-4 is better than T-3 and it is best used for 3 weeks leading up to an IGF/MGF cycle, rather than along side of the IGF/MGF cycle (like HGH).

Thoughts on this?

1-14 AAS cycle (Dbol, Enanthate)
17-20 PCT
17-20 IGF (3x wk @ 40/40 pwo)
17-20 PegMGF (2x wk @ 100mg)

14-16 T-4 ?? and maybe also 9-11 ??
