LOL. Argh, I really do suggest you read the stickies and just search articles relevant to bodybuilding. Things like that shouldn't be summed up so shortly.
you gotta be kidding. what, is your attention span that short. there are plenty of posts out there that explain this. if you don't wan to read them because the words are to big then refer to post #2.
