Nope. MGF is as close to side-effect-free as you can experience.

I was told that IGF doesn't actually cause muscle cells to split, but instead only matures existing stem cells. This makes the IGF useless after about one month or so of use, because the body recognizes the excess IGF and stops producing HGH. Without HGH to produce more stem cells, the IGF becomes useless. Can anyone please clarify?? Thanks

I responded to your question in another thread.

But IGF-1 does create new muscle cells. Be it from the division of existing muscle cells or from the fusion of many myoblasts together, what's the difference?

if you workout earlier in the day and only do the igf at a small amount postworkout, then take in most of your daily carbs in the following 3 hours, you can actually use it to feel more energetic.

the only times i've felt lethergic on igf were when i took too much of it and did not consume enough carbs post-shot.

mgf makes me feel tighter and sorer... there is no real detriment to performance once you loosen up, but it is something to keep in mind.
