If from pharmacy and exp for synthroid was 3/06 how long will they still be good for ? Thanks

The expiration is not a magic date on which the drug goes from being "good" to "bad". Rather, it slowly loses potency over time as the active compound degrades. And drugs typically don't "spoil" like foods and become unsafe. Rather, in almost all cases, they simply degrade into something inactive.

I really have no idea about Synthroid specifically, but my best guess is that it will still be mostly (if not fully) effective.
