Shoot, T4 spilled all over floor. Can I switch??

So original plan was to do a small 1month t4 cycle. I started at 100mcg for 2 days then went up to 200 for about 6days, then yesterday the bottle spilled leaving only about 6ml left. So I took 150mcg this morning to taper down and plan to do the same tomorrow then 100mcg for 2days then 50mcg for 2days. My ? is, can I finish up my next 2weeks with T3 ramping up and down, or will switch it up like that cause thyroid problem? Thanks

10days as of today. Im just wondering if I should taper down what I have left of the T4 and start T3 now at 25mcg and taper up
