Both will lower blood sugar levels.
I have done several cycles with IGF-1 at various doses and 2 caps of Glucophase XR (K-R-ALA) taken post workout, with no issues.

I have upped my dosage of the Glucophase to 4 caps/day recently, and will be starting a 25mcg E3D cycle of IGF-1 soon.

Is there anything to worry about blood sugar levels with taking both these at that dosage?

That's kind of what I was thinking it would lead to. Maybe a stimulant to overcome the lethargy.

I drink coffee all day at work,I have to eat like every hour at least to keep going. From what i gather r-ala should be taken with a carb meal to prevent fat build up.I wouldn't take it unless you ate a big carb meal.
