2-AEP + HGHR = what is this?

Someone recently asked me about an HGH product that contains 2-AEP. †2-AEP : 2-aminoethyl phosphoric acid, also called colamine phosphate, 2-aminoethyl esther of phosphoric acid, or 2-amino ethanol phosphate. I have not heard of this nor have I any idea of what it maybe and if it is even affective. Any input would be helpful.
