was searching the web for info on forskolin and i came across this. its a study on neuron differentiation for treatment of parkinsons disease:
It has been found, within the context of the present invention, that differentiation is enhanced by the addition of forskolin (10 μM), GDNF (glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor; 20 ng/mL), CNTF (ciliary neurotrophic factor; 20 ng/mL), IGF-I (insulin-like growth factor; 100 ng/mL) and BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor; 20 ng/mL). Culture medium may then be refreshed (e.g., every 2-4 days).
