HGH and IGF-1 use has become prevalent in both amateur and proffessional bodybuilding, as well as in hormone replacement therapy...whether doctor or self-prescribed.

IGF, builds mass and makes you more vascular. Not a big fan of hgh now, but probably will be once I get older. Your right around the same age as me, so I would go with the igf.
