IGF, Pecs for powerlifting.

  1. IGF, Pecs for powerlifting.

    Post chest days only(Tuesdays and fridays). I was thinking, 25mcg administered to two IM sites per pec.

    100mcg tueday
    100mcg Friday

    And a total of 4 IM sites per pec per week.


    Right now I'm training as a powerlifter, and the idea is I want to boost my recovery and gains on my chest imperticular.

    I assume by only taking igf twice a week there would be no need to take an extended break like one would normaly do every month.
