I just began my first cycle of IGF-1 last night and thought I'd ask your opinions and tips as I have read all of the threads and the sticky and see conflicting information.
I'm planning to use 50mcg, divided bi-laterally post workout, for 20 days. I have igf-1 1mg in 4ml AA. I used this dilution to achieve 25mcg in 10ticks.
Aside from PWO in the area worked, do you have any other tips or suggestions to maximize efficiency? When would I expect to notice sides like ache or stiffness in hands, increased hunger, or lethargy?
Would a high carb (100g?) shake PWO help by adding a slin spike concurrent with the igf-1 administration?
