what is P-GH from universalkits

so you mix it all then you take it for 30 days it stays good mixed that long

It's a mix of three amino acids I believe to promote GH production. It can be taken transdermally or in an oral, PFO fashion. Several recent threads discuss it much more in depth. Search for PGH and hyperplasia you'll likely find one.
