HGH+IGF any news????

I knows its recently a new idea, but have more people tried combing the two? What do you think. I've heard mixed reviews. Is adding IGF to an HGH cycle worth it?

I haven't tried it yet myself, but from what I gather it is definitely a good idea.

The two together are working wonders on this tired old body. heh... I am a little older than most here and I am probably benefitting from the Hgh and Igf more than someone who is say, 20 years younger, so the results may not be the same for someone who is younger. But for someone who is 40+ and whose natural production of Hgh has slowed to a crawl I really do physically and mentally feel the rewards of the combination of the two.

I have been on Hgh for years and have only recently started the Igf. I reduced the amount of Hgh I was administering daily by 1/2.

I hope this helps.

4thHorseman I'm right there with you in age so I'm really interested in your supplementation. When you get some time I sure would appreciated it if you'd answer some questions.

Mentally what has Hgh achieved for you? Are you more quick-witted now? Has you memory and recall improved? Concentation? Creative processes?

Has the Hgh returned you to the level you had in your early twenties or has it surpassed it?

How has the igf added to that achieved by Hgh alone?

Sexually...if you don't mind my asking..how has the Hgh as well as the igf effected this area? Maybe your now firing like this or maybe your gettin' some of this

Started the IGF cycle in the middle of October and recently ended my first cycle of IGF using 40mcg per day 25days pwo and 2iu GH in the morning. Before I started the IGF I was using 4iu ed of GH. At this time I plan to take a break until the 1st of January from everything except my workouts 3 to 4 days weekly.

Wow...alot of ??s' This is good. Anyway lets see if I can answer these.

Remember I have been using GH for years, I think I started back in late 2002!!
I started the program in 02 as a hormone replacement therapy and was using 1iu 5/2, and had since bumped it to 4iu ed, until I cycled in the IGF and then dropped it to 2iu ed. I am now off of everything until the 1st of the year and will probably start back with the 2iu ed and work my way back up to the 4iu ed.

As for the effects of the gh in late 02 and 03 I felt basically the same as without gh for I was only using a small dosage (1iu 5/2) as I was paying almost $11 per iu. But since then I have come across a Jin source which has drastically reduced that price which has made it possible for me to increase the dosages substantially.

Since the increase in dosages I began to feel the real effects of the Hgh. I can not say enough good about it.

Frist, knocking on wood here, I have not been sick, no cold, flu, nothing for over a year and a half. My wife has been sick 3 or 4 times in that time and have never caught anything, and also you know how dirty the gyms can be....

Second I w/o with a guy who is 12 years younger than I am, early 30s and he honestly has a very difficult time working out with me with the positve gains and energy I bring to the workouts, I am literally running circles aound him..heh I love it. Even though I am stopping for a month or so with everything I dont think it will affect me either way.

Damn I have to split to work right now but I will continue this later tonight. But to sum up what I have said so far,
The Hgh has done wonders for me...
bbl....

Ok, back from 2 month break frrom the GH. I am not sure what has happened.
Lots of changes. Mostly good.

First I have not stopped working out. In fact I have been training with more intensity than before. I have been trying to compensate for the lack of GH. Today at this moment I am weighing apprx 200lb @ 5'10" (42+years old.) I am still training with my partner(30+). I am not supplementing my training with anything except some Celltech Creatine Formula PWO and GNC Multi Vit in the AM.

The Good news first: I have NOT lost a step! Training is better than ever. I have gained in overall strength and size. It may be due in part in to the change in training habit and intensity, however I am not really sure why, but who cares it is all good. I am not sure how long it takes for the GH to clear your system completely, but I hear for people my age you begin to lose within the first 30 days. But I physically do NOT feel any different, in fact physically I can only remember being this strong and gaining this size when I was in my early 30s. So to some up the training and physical attributes it has been good and have NOT lost anything in my size or strength and in fact still gaining.

Now there is a downside to this...starting to see some grey coming back in my hair and beard. My hair is not as thick as it has been. I have gained some unwanted fat in the belly areas that was not there before . My sleep habits are no where near where they were past years with the GH. Waking up in the night, shorter nights sleep, and hardly anymore dreams, well at least ones that I can remember. A lack of concentration has returned. My healing has slowed, so after training recovery time has become longer, in which I do not enjoy.

I have decided to get back on the GH for I really do miss these positive attributes that have slipped from my life, due to the absence of the GH.

I hope this info has been informative!
