Is IGF-1 good for cardio and endourance as well?

Is IGF-1 good for cardio and endourance as well? Also how much does it help to burn fat?

I am looking for an competative supplement that will help me gain a lot of muscular endourance and maybe burn a little fat off. Is IGF-1 right for me?

Also, does IGF-1 show up on drug or steroid tests?

    Thanks...

IGF doesn't show up on a test, nor does GH, PGF2a, slin, T3, and a few other goodies.

I am suspecting that your question regarding endurance applies to boxing. I have to tell you that in my opinion, for the same use, I did not notice a difference either way as long as I was not heavy weight trainign during the same time period. If I heavy weight trained it seemed like I just got to much of a pump to be able to box.
