I'm bulking on IGF-1 right now and plan to go right into a cut when I stop the IGF-1. Is there any reason I should wait to cut or will I be more likely to lose muscle right after an IGF-1 cycle?

Nope, you can cut right afterwards, but obviously your cut will spare more muscle if you have anabolics.
