I took 20 days of Long IGF a couple months back and feel like I gained fat not lost it. Granted my training was horrible while I was taking it, as I was going through some stuff and literally only got to the gym once one week and did no cardio the entire 20 days. Also I was partying alot, 2 nights a weekend. Anyway I have some left, about 22 days worth. Is it worth even taking it if I am going to be going out and drinking still? I have begun training hard again and running 4 miles a day, with a very strict diet, but as a club promoter, the nightlife is my life. What if I took it Sunday-Thur and took off Fri and Sat, would that matter? Any input would be appreciated.
